    Head in into Supporting you

    You know how you cure a Fear?
    You jump head in, force yourself to it, and realize it is’t all that bad after all. You are cured.
    Probably one of my biggest professional limitations is the lack of proper soft-skills when reaching out to others. Not that I ever threat anyone wrongly, no, just that I don’t make an empathic with the other person and sound a little bit to ruff.
    When I left Rocket, I started applying to Support role jobs, leaving all my Operations Know-How behind, in order to force myself into improving and gaining that said skills.

    This is going to be a fun ride.
